ABSTRACT<br />

This work aims to research the contributions of the using of the investigation and<br />

exploitations tasks, with the usage of dynamic geometry software to a meaningful<br />

learning of some analytic geometry concepts, limiting itself to dots and lines. As<br />

theoretical references were used the i<strong>de</strong>as of João Pedro da Ponte (exploitation and<br />

investigative activities) and the theory of David Ausubel (meaningful learning). For its<br />

doing, was proposed and activity sequence, ma<strong>de</strong> by researching individuals, math<br />

future teachers of the basic education of superior institution of education. The<br />

research had qualitative aspects overweighting quantitative aspects. This research<br />

justifies itself not only because the importance of the investigating tasks, but also as<br />

methodology for the teaching of math, as well as for the results of the researches<br />

which appoints to the importance of the usage of dynamic geometry of the math`s<br />

learning-teaching process and the changing necessity in the courses of teacher`s<br />

formation. As a introductory toll of data collection was ma<strong>de</strong> up a statistical survey<br />

whit the objective of knowing the researching actors, their aca<strong>de</strong>mic life and the time-<br />

spam <strong>de</strong>voted to study, as well as their way in the teaching of geometry. It was<br />

elaborated a prior examination aiming to verify which were their skills and<br />

background brought from their experiences. The target of the prior test was to<br />

<strong>de</strong>terminate a baseline of the initial knowledge status of the researched actors that was<br />

useful as a base to the building of activities within the learning and teaching proposal.<br />

The field research lasted eight weeks and the data collected with the aid of a field<br />

notebook, taped dialogues and written registers of the researched actors activities were<br />

the fundamental base for analyses and conclusions. From the gathered and analyzed<br />

data came up categories that enabled the perception of a meaningful learning<br />

manifestation. With this research, intends contribute to the formation of futures math`s<br />

teachers that will act on the basic education, appointing others possibilities for the<br />

process of math`s teaching and learning.<br />
