resistance of the change can only be succeeded by giving importance to organization<br />

culture one of the most important examples of this is the Japan's coming on the scene as<br />

oppose to America which has world global market. This is explained by Japan's giving<br />

importance to the organization culture.<br />

The objective of this study is to find the relation between charismatic leadership<br />

and organization culture. Since people are essential in dynamic change. Institutions they<br />

work and associations where organization culture realization appeared is considered<br />

suitable for the field study.<br />
