The IBIT chair holds regular meetings with the faculties and the administration-departments‟
heads. Users were and are involved in various
project groups.
Beginning in 2007, controlling will be done with agreements on objectives
and budget negotiations with the president. At the same time, IBIT
will sign service level agreements for essential services with the university‟s
executive board as the users‟ representative.
