The National Defense Intelligence College is pleased to present this work of the Intelligence Science Board on Educing Information. “Educing information” refers to information elicitation and strategic debriefing as well as to interrogation. Essays were prepared with the guidance of Dr. Robert Fein and other Board advisors.
