RESPONSIBILITIES1. Commanders, department heads, and directors shall ensure useor disposal of hazardous materials complies with this Manual,MCO 5090.2A and MCO 4450.12A. Installations, tenant commands onDoD installations, and commands conducting training operationsonboard DoD installations shall comply with DLAI 4145.11/TM 38-410/NAVSUP PUB 573/AFJMAN 23-209/MCO 4450.12A.2. Supervisors of personnel conducting operations withhazardous materials shall:a. Ensure each work center is inspected and an inventory isdeveloped of all hazardous materials on hand.
