Personnel employed by Marine Corps exchanges, clubs,etc., at an installation.d. All residents, tenants, or visitors of installation.2. Adapt <strong>safety</strong> <strong>dir</strong>ectives, regulations, <strong>and</strong> suggestions fromhigher authority for local conditions. Prepare <strong>and</strong> keep currentlocal <strong>safety</strong> regulations <strong>and</strong> SOPs. Implement the installationcore <strong>safety</strong> services described in MCO 5100.29A.3. Maintain complete reports of all mishap types <strong>and</strong> makecomprehensive analyses, for mishap prevention purposes, of allmishaps involving Marine Corps personnel, equipment, oractivities. Prepare reports of mishaps required by higherauthority, investigate mishaps as <strong>dir</strong>ected, <strong>and</strong> recommendcorrective measures to eliminate mishap causes. Providestatistical reports to department heads <strong>and</strong> work centersupervisors on the analysis of their injuries by type <strong>and</strong> causalfactors. Provide the installation Injury Compensation ProgramAdministrator <strong>and</strong> the NAF personnel office a detailed report onthe causes of civilian employee injuries.4. Ensure <strong>safety</strong> inspections are conducted of the work centers,training areas, premises, equipment, <strong>and</strong> activities on aperiodic basis in accordance with chapter 7. Document <strong>safety</strong>inspection programs <strong>and</strong> ensure appropriate follow-up <strong>and</strong> timelycorrective action on unsafe conditions <strong>and</strong> practices noted.5. Act in an advisory capacity on <strong>safety</strong> matters to thecomm<strong>and</strong>er. Provide guidance to staff officers <strong>and</strong> supervisors.Maintain liaison with all staff officers to ensure maximumcooperation in connection with matters of mutual concern <strong>and</strong>work toward completeness <strong>and</strong> accuracy of reports with a minimumof duplication in the investigation of mishaps.6. Coordinate <strong>and</strong> consult with the following installationofficials at a minimum on <strong>safety</strong> matters:2-10
