Federal and state OSHA officials shall be provided withcopies of records and reports pertinent to specific USMC and DoDcontractor accident investigations upon request unless releaseis prohibited by the Privacy Act or exempted under the Freedomof Information Act.11. OSH inspections and investigations of USMC and DoDcontractor workplaces by Federal or state OSHA officials shallbe conducted during regular working hours, except when othertimes are mutually agreed upon by the concerned officials.12. USMC installation commanders shall, as a courtesy, advisethe applicable state OSHA official in writing of contractorworkplaces located within areas of exclusive Federaljurisdiction.13.
