Appropriate research and development are conducted topreclude occupational exposures from degrading a person's healthor work performance.e. A program is developed to provide formal inspections atleast annually of all work centers, including notificationprovisions to workers of inspection results. More frequentinspections will be conducted, at least semi-annually, in allareas with a high risk of accident, injury, or illness. Thisprogram will provide for at least annual occupational healthsurveillance of both personnel and their working environments.Conduct oversight inspections at least triennially to ensureimplementation of the program.f. Personnel are aware of formal procedures to processwritten OSH deficiency reports.g. Procedures are developed to provide for promptinvestigation of reports by military and civilian personnel andothers of unsafe or unhealthful working conditions, and toensure corrective action is taken where appropriate.h. All military and civilian personnel receive thorough andcontinuing OSH orientation and training consistent with theirwork center environments. Particular emphasis shall be directedto the improvement of hazard awareness and reduction ofaccidental injury and property damage. Up-to-date audiovisualaids should be maintained in film libraries. Records shall bemaintained of all OSH training conducted. OSH training programs(chapter 5) shall be developed for the following groups:2-4(1) Non-supervisory personnel.(2) First line supervisors.(3) Commanders and other senior managers.
