L'azienda agricola Paolazzi Mariarosa, con sede in Ponciach,<br />

possiede un <strong>al</strong>levamento di mucche da latte nell’ambito <strong>del</strong> qu<strong>al</strong>e<br />

vengono applicate nuove tecniche di <strong>al</strong>levamento e una gestione<br />

attenta <strong>al</strong>l'ambiente e <strong>al</strong>le filiere brevi. L'azienda è attu<strong>al</strong>mente<br />

visitata d<strong>al</strong>le classi <strong>del</strong>l'Istituto Agrario di San Michele <strong>al</strong>l'Adige,<br />

ma ben si presterebbe ad essere visitata anche da <strong>al</strong>tri fruitori<br />

<strong>del</strong>la Rete (qu<strong>al</strong>i classi elementari, medie, turisti, ecc.) <strong>al</strong> fine di<br />

mostrare come sia possibile re<strong>al</strong>izzare attività zootecniche<br />

compatibili con l’ambiente e i v<strong>al</strong>ori <strong>del</strong> territorio.<br />

Inserimento <strong>del</strong>l'azienda in un circuito di visite didattiche (10<br />

visite/anno per un tot<strong>al</strong>e stimato di 200 visitatori/anno) <strong>al</strong> fine di<br />

trasmettere la possibile compatibilità ambiente-attività zootecnica<br />

sostenibile-qu<strong>al</strong>ità dei prodotti.<br />

Stipula di una convenzione per t<strong>al</strong>i attività di visite in azienda.<br />

Re<strong>al</strong>izzazione di un pannello informativo.<br />

Titolare <strong>del</strong>l'azienda agricola, soggetto gestore <strong>del</strong>la Rete di<br />
