Silver Lake; nineteen grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren. One daughter preceded<br />
her in death.<br />
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Center E.U.B. church, 1 1/2 miles north<br />
of Silver Lake on Ind. 15. Burial will be in the Center cemetery. Friends may call at the Mchatton<br />
funeral home in Warsaw after 2 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Saturday, then at the church Saturday<br />
until the hour of the service.<br />

Minnie D. Charters<br />
Mrs. Minnie Dell CHARTERS, 78, longtime resident of the Prairie Grove community<br />
near Kwqanna, died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in a Warsaw nursing home after a long illness. She<br />
had resided in Rochester before going to the nursing home.<br />
A native of Hardin county, Ohio, she was born Nov. 4, 1880, the daughter of Abraham<br />
and Mary TIMMONS. Her marriage was on March 13, 1912, in Rochester to Jess CHARTERS,<br />
who died Sept. 19, 1956.<br />
She was a member o the Prairie Grove E.U.B. church, where funeral services will be held<br />
at 2:30 p.m. Sunday with burial in the Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the<br />
Harrison funeral home after 7 p.m. today.<br />
Surviving are a niece, Mrs. William BELCHER, Rochester; two grand-nephews; a halfsister,<br />
Mrs. Carl MARCH, Winamac, and a half-brother, Abraham TIMMONS, Ohio.<br />

Last rites will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Ditmire funeral home at <strong>Fulton</strong> for Marion<br />
STUDEBAKER, 82, retired farmer who died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday at the home of Ruth HILL,<br />
two miles northeast of Twelve Mile.<br />
He had resided at the Hill home five years. Death came after a two-month illness.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Rev. Arthur TRUEX will officiate at the last rites and burial will be in the Metea<br />
cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.<br />
Born Feb. 3, 1877, in Bethlehem township of Cass county, Mr. Studebaker was the son of<br />
David and Margaret BLACK STUDEBAKER. He was married Sept. 10, 1899, to Amy FOY,<br />
who died Nov. 2, 1946. He had lived several years at <strong>Fulton</strong> and was a member of the <strong>Fulton</strong><br />
E.U.B. church.<br />
Surviving are a brother, Ernest [STUDEBAKER], Mentone, and several nieces and<br />
nephews, including Paul HAMMOND, Culver. Five brothers and two sisters preceded him in<br />
death.
