Katie B. Hamilton<br />
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Zion Methodist church near<br />
Kewanna for Mrs. Katie Belle HAMILTON, 66, R.R. 1, Kewanna, who died at the home of her<br />
daughter, Mrs. James FISHER, R.R. 1, Winamac, Tuesday morning. Death came after a twomonth<br />
illness.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Rev. Lester CLEVELAND will officiate at the last rites and burial will be at the<br />
Roselawn cemetery in Francesville. Friends may call at the Frye and Lange funeral home in<br />
Winamac until an hour before the services, and then at the church.<br />
Mrs. Hamilton, born Aug. 27, 1893, at Cincinnati, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.<br />
Elmore PIERPONT. She was a member of the Zion church and had resided in the Kewanna area<br />
for 20 years. Her marriage was on Aug. 13, 1911, to Clyde F. HAMILTON, who survives.<br />
Also surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Maxine SMITH, Mira Loma, Cal.; Mrs. Alveretta<br />
BONNELL, Idaville; Mrs. Elsie BONNELL, Mishawaka; Mrs. Arlene FISHER, Winamac; and<br />
Miss Patricia HAMILTON, at home; one son, Heroald [HAMILTON], Marion; twenty-five<br />
grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and one brother, Carl CRAIG, Eaton, O.<br />
John Leininger<br />
John LEININGER, 30, native of Akron, died at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lutheran hospital at<br />
Fort Wayne from a heart attack suffered two hours earlier. He had resided the past 12 years at<br />
Fort Wayne, where he was employed as purchasing agent at the General Electric company.<br />
Born at Akron, he was the son of Roy and Jennie DAINE LEININGER. He was a<br />
member of the Christ Methodist church in Fort Wayne, Sigma Nu and Alpha Kappa Psi<br />
fraternities, Bayles’s Lodge, F.A.M., and Scottish Rite, both of Fort Wayne.<br />
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy [LEININGER], his father; and one sister, Mrs. Edgar<br />
(Justine) NEUENDORFF, Madison, Wis.<br />
Mr. Leininger was a graduate of Akron high school and Indiana university.<br />
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Tom Haupert funeral home at Akron with<br />
the Rev. Donald F. LaSUER of Chirst Church in Fort Wayne officiating, assisted by the Rev. D.<br />
L. SLAYBAUGH. Burial will be in the Akron cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home<br />
from 4 p.m. Thursday until the hour of the service, or at the Klaehn funeral home at Fort Wayne<br />
from 7 p.m. today until noon Thursday.<br />

Felix Watson<br />
Felix WATSON, 35, R.R. 2, Rochester, died at 7:50 a.m. today in Woodlawn hospital<br />
aftr a four-month illness. He resided with his sister, Mrs. Irene SIMONIN.<br />
Born May 2, 1924, at Paragould, Ark., he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis WATSON.<br />
He came to Rocheter 15 years ago from Senath, Mo., and was employed at the Rochester Metal<br />
Products company plant.<br />
Surviving besides the sister, are several nieces and nephews.<br />
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Foster & Good funeral home with the<br />
Rev. Luther MORRISON officiating. Burial will be in the Citizens cemetery. Friends may call at<br />
the funeral home after 10 a.m.
