Jesse A. Zuck<br />
Jesse A. ZUCK, 71, Kewanna, died at 11 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn hospital, where he<br />
had been a patient one week. He was a lifetime resident of Kewanna.<br />
Born in Kewanna Aug. 5, 1888, he was the son of William and Miranda POLING ZUCK.<br />
His first marriage was April 9, 1910, to Maggie A. RANS, who died Jan. 13, 1946. On Sept. 11,<br />
1947, he married Phila RANS.<br />
Mr. Zuck was a retired farmer and butcher and a member of the First Baptist church of<br />
Rochester.<br />
Surviving are his wife; a son, Cloyd [ZUCK], Kewanna; two daughters, Mrs. Irene<br />
WYNN, Dearborn, Mich., and Mrs. Lucille BURTON, Kewanna; a step-son, Robert RANS, South<br />
Bend, and ten grandchildren.<br />
Services will be at 2 p.m. CDT Tuesday in the Harrison chapel in Kewanna, with the<br />
Rev. James RHOADS officiating. Burial will be in he Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may<br />
call at the chapel.<br />
Rosann A. Martin<br />
Final rites for Mrs. Rosann A. MARTIN, 34, R.R. 2, Macy, will be at 1:30 p.m. CDT<br />
Tuesday in the Sheetz funeral home at Akron with the Rev. Jack PAVEY of Sidney officiating.<br />
Burial will be in the Akron cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.<br />
Mrs. Martin, a native of Wabash, died at 9:45 a.m. Saturday in Woodlawn hospital after<br />
an illness of one week.<br />
She was born in Wabash March 10, 1925. In 1946, she was married in North Manchester<br />
to Howard MARTIN.<br />
Mrs. Martin was a member of the First Brethren church in North Manchester. She moved<br />
to Macy seven years ago from Howe.<br />
Surviving ar the husband; a daughter, Sylvia [MARTIN], at home; a son, George<br />
[MARTIN], at home; the parents, E. E. ROBINSON, Muncie, and Mrs. Charles GRESSO, Sidney;<br />
her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter FIGERT, Wabash; seven half-sisters, Mrs. John (LaVon)<br />
GUTHRIE and Mrs. Robert (Mary Lou) PULLEY, both of Wabash; Mrs. Charles (Donna)<br />
LOGAN, Warsaw; Mrs. Robert (Bonnie) HOGE, Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Jerry (Charline)<br />
GAYLORD, Fort Sill, Okla; Miss Sally GRESSO, Wabash; Mrs. Medford (Ann) PETIT, Sedalia,<br />
Mo.<br />
Also three step-sisters, Mrs. Richard (Roxie) STAHL, Huntington; Mrs. James (Evelyn)<br />
FAWLEY, Pierceton, and Mrs. Emerson (Juanita) FETHEROFF, Cleveland; two step-brothers,<br />
Bob GRESSO, North Webster, and Warren GRESSO, Warsaw, and a half-brother, Thomas<br />
ROBINSON, Fort Wayne.<br />
Peggy Lynn Glenn<br />
Culver, Ind. (UPI)--Peggy Lynn GLENN, 16 months old, was accidentally shot to death<br />
by her four-year-old brother while playing in their home here.<br />
Authorities said the little girl was playing with her brother when he dragged a loaded<br />
shotgun from a hiding place behind a radio and pulled the trigger.
