Edward F. Raymer<br />

Edward Floyd RAYMER, 67, Peru, a former barber in Rochester, died Monday night at<br />

Peru of a heart ailment after an illness of seven weeks.<br />

He was born July 18, 1891, in Winamac, the son of John and Clarissa HICKLE<br />

RAYMER. He was married Jan. 27, 1909, in Plymoth to Florence FALCONBURY of that city.<br />

Mr. Raymer had lived in Peru 10 years, moving there from Rochester.<br />

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Waldron (Charlene) HUDKINS, Knox, and Mrs.<br />

Norman (Tye) DUDDLESON, Plymouth a son, Francis [RAYMER], Miami, Fla.; six<br />

grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles RAYMER, Akron, and several nieces<br />

and nephews.<br />

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Danielson and Van Gilder<br />

funeral home, Plymouth, with Father William SHERIDAN of Plymouth in charge. Burial will be<br />

in Memorial cemetery, Plymouth. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday.<br />

Florence Bouse<br />

Mrs. Florence BOUSE, 82, died Tuesday at 5:15 p.m. in the Landis nursing home at<br />

Argos. She had resided at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harley SPRAY, 416 West South street,<br />

Argos.<br />

Death came after a three-year illness.<br />

Born Aug. 16, 1876, at Silver Lake, she resided in the Argos community 50 years. She<br />

was married in 1894 to Charles A. BOUSE, who died in 1941. Her parents were Charles and<br />

Alice SEBRING HILL.<br />

Mrs. Bouse was a member of the Argos Methodist church.<br />

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. SPRAY and Mrs. Edwin PEARSON, R.R. 3,<br />

Plymouth, and one brother, Hugh D. HILL, Niles, Mich.<br />

Rites will be Friday at 3 p.m. in the Argos Methodist church with the Rev. E. J. PETERS<br />

officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery at Plymouth. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today<br />

until 1 p.m. Friday at the Grossman funeral home at Argos. <strong>The</strong> body will lie in state at the church<br />

an hour prior to the service.<br />

Dorothy Wall<br />

Mrs. Dorothy DENISTON WALL, 51, Lebanon, died suddenly at 5:30 a.m. today of a<br />

heart attack. Death came at a motel near Detroit, where she and her husband, Richard , were<br />

staying overnight while enroute to Pittsburgh on business.<br />

Mrs. Wall, a native of Rochester had not been ill previously. She and her husband had<br />

stopped in Detroit to visit her sister, Mrs. Barbara STETSON, and family.<br />

A resident of Lebanon since 1943, Mrs. Wall had gained national prominence as a<br />

breeder of Angus cattle. She was serving as president of the auxiliary organization of the<br />

International Angus Breeders Association at the time of her death.<br />

Born in Rochester on Jan. 18, 1908, she was the daughter of Arthur Leroy and Ada<br />

DENISTON. She graduated from Rochester high school in 1927 and attended Indiana university.<br />

She was married at Rochester to Richard WALL and the couple lived in Rochester until moving to<br />

Lebanon.<br />

She was a member of Delta Gamma social sorority, of the Presbyterian church and was<br />

active in Tri Kappa sorority, once holding state office.
