Tasks:
Meeting agendas and sign in sheets reflect that teachers met
periodically with grade levels within the school building for the
purposes of vertical planning. This was not a regular practice
and times for meeting were sporadic and limited.
Walt Whitman grade level teams will meet with the leadership
team and with other grade level teams within the building as
well as teams from the middle school feeder schools
throughout the school year in order to identify curriculm
transition points and unnecesary eliminate unnecessary
overlaps and close curricular gaps.
1. Teachers and other staff members will collaborate bimonthly across grade levels for vertical
articulation and planning through the sharing of data and goal setting.
