Tasks:
According to meeting agendas and sign in sheets, non
teaching staff was involved in a small percentage of decision
making processes. Also, in many instances, only a select group
of certified staff participated in decision making.
All Walt Whitman teachers and staff will meet on a regular
basis to collaborate and share ideas and well as participate in
decision making processes as evidenced in meeting agendas .
1. Teacher groups will meet with the Academic Coach on a monthly basis to review data and
collaborate and share ideas for reteachingas evidenced in meeting agendas .

Data is posted in the data room for all grades. Third - Fifth
grade teachers met with the Principal and Academic Coach to
review data from benchmarks Unit 1 & 2 (we had created
our own assessment and administered prior to Christmas
Break). Reteaching, coteaching, and small pullouts are being
implemented based on those results. This process will take
place again after each benchmark assessment.
2. WISE team members will meet monthly with their teams to monitor and adjust indicator tasks
as needed.
