How it will look when fully met:
Comprehensive plan for improvement goals are created
according to data. Data is assessed on an ongoing basis
however teams do not always meet to discuss and plan
accordingly.
Walt Whitman teachers will meet with grade level team
leaders to identify areas of concern within the PASS objectives
according to our test data. This will consist of OCCT,
Benchmark data, and DIBELS data. Grade level teams will
meet bimonthly to analyze ongoing data and plan for
instruction for students who are not successful. Teachers will
meet individual instructional needs based on individual student
scores to improve the teaching and learning process.

Team Leaders - Geraldine Jones, Wendy Hanson, Rosh
Data is posted in the data room for all grades. Third - Fifth
grade teachers met with the Principal and Academic Coach to
review data from benchmarks Unit 1 & 2 (we had created our
own assessment and administered prior to Christmas Break).
Reteaching, coteaching, and small pullouts are being
implemented based on those results. This process will take
place again after each benchmark assessment.
2. Teams will meet annually to create goals and tasks for the comprehensive improvement plan.
