2. School leadership will observe staff members at least twice a year utilizing the Teacher
Effectiveness Initiative evaluation procedures. Feedback will be given to teachers based on
observations, taking into consideration individual personal goals, and support will be provided to
strengthen instructional practices and change teaching behavior if necessary.

The administration completed teacher evaluations and
discussed these with teachers on an individual basis.

The Leadership team met and created a survey pertaining to
personal PD needs and goals. We decided to implement in the
survey in the fall since it was so late in the year. The
administration did meet one on one with teachers to discuss
evaluations and PD goals.

Followup will occur mid year and again at the end of the year.
The administration will continue to provide feedback during
evaluations and plan PD as needed throughout the year.
