Chapter 3 Entry Forms Teacher Grade Search Report 3 Click the Page 2 tab. These options determine which report card columns to search and/or print, depending on the selected checkbox. • Selecting Search for an option means that report card column will be searched to see if it meets the search criteria set on page one of the specifications. This report card column and its value prints on the report whether it meet the search criteria. • Selecting Print for an option prints that report card column and its value on the report whether or not the grade in those columns meet the search criteria. 4 Set the specifications for both pages as desired, and then click Done. The Entry Forms Print window appears. 5 Select your range of teachers, and then click Next. The report generates.
