Entering Department Names
department names, students’ earned credit in each department may be printed on
transcripts. You can even print transcripts in which courses are organized by department
and whether they are included in lists of master schedules.
To Enter Department Names:
1 Double click a filed to make it active.
2 Enter the desired name.
3 Press Tab to move to the Print in Master Schedule column.
The Print in Master Schedule column lets you determine if the course will be included
in the Scheduling Report Writer’s Master Schedule formats.
4 Use the drop-down box to select Yes or No.
After your departments have been named, you might have a table that looks like this:
