Semester Transcript Sorted By Subject
This is a sample transcript with a student's courses
sorted by subject. The previous sample shows one
with a student's courses sorted by year.
Under each subject, a student's courses are listed in the
order they were taken. In-other-words, they are listed
by year. You may define up to ten different subject
areas and identify which courses should be counted for
each of these areas.
Either type of transcript may be printed in a "standard"
or "semester" format. This is an example of a semester
format in which only semester grades are printed along
with the number of credits earned for each grade. On
the far right for each course are the total number of
credits earned for that course.
The bottom of the transcript prints students' rank in
class at the end of a specified period as well as the
credits the student earned in each subject.
