The City of Linwood<br />

The City of Linwood is located approximately 15 miles east of<br />

Lawrence, Kansas.<br />

Land Use and Development Trends<br />

The census of 2010 puts <strong>the</strong> population of Linwood at 375 people.<br />

The land area makes up .73 square miles, and <strong>the</strong> population<br />

density is 514 people per square mile. Growth in <strong>the</strong> City is fairly<br />

stagnant, making development a non issue.<br />
