important for all warning agencies to<br />

speak consistently, with one voice,<br />

so that individuals don’t receive<br />

conflicting messages and not know<br />

how or when to respond to <strong>the</strong> given<br />

emergency. Partner with all media<br />

outlets, <strong>the</strong> National Wea<strong>the</strong>r Service<br />

and o<strong>the</strong>r KC Metro counties to<br />

ensure that <strong>the</strong> same, clear,<br />

consistent message is being sent out<br />

by everyone<br />
