facilities along with numerous hazmat<br />

shipments via both road and rail<br />

traveling in and through <strong>the</strong> county<br />

on a regular daily basis. A serious<br />

haz-mat incident could occur from<br />

any one of <strong>the</strong>se sources, resulting<br />

in an immediate need to notify/warn<br />
