WHEN to tell <strong>the</strong>m! All need better<br />

plans. Work with each of <strong>the</strong> large<br />

venues to enhance <strong>the</strong>ir current<br />

emergency response plans to ensure<br />

proper emergency procedures are inplace<br />

& to insure <strong>the</strong>y have adequate<br />

means to warn <strong>the</strong>ir visitors/fans<br />

while instructing <strong>the</strong>m what actions<br />
