To determine potential financial loss estimates to winter storms in Kansas, <strong>the</strong> historical loss<br />

data was annualized to determine future potential losses. Loss data was obtained from <strong>the</strong><br />

NCDC storm events (1993 – 2012). Table 3.191 shows <strong>the</strong> annualized property loss for Region<br />
