prevented from helping residents in<br />

case of fire or medical situations.<br />

Permission for emergency use<br />

could be obtained from a neighbour<br />

whose property adjoins Lake of <strong>the</strong><br />

Forest on <strong>the</strong> East side of <strong>the</strong><br />

maintenance yard. A clear path<br />

through <strong>the</strong> Lake’s maintenance<br />

area should always be available.<br />

Lake Forest should have a boat and<br />

motor available to evacuate people<br />

if <strong>the</strong> need should arise. A list of<br />

residents with phone numbers who<br />

are trained in CPR and o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

medical areas could be maintained.<br />

Develop a plan to assist residents<br />

after a tornado. It is unlikely only<br />

one home would be damaged so<br />
