administration of courts.
The Civil and Criminal Procedure Code is one of the most important factors for
promoting justice. It will respond positively to the concerns of the people.
Public confidence in the Judiciary can be achieved through professionalism.
Therefore, the Code will ensure that evidences are established and justice
obtained.

Fair and conscientious in examination
Aware of the laws of cause and effect
Noble is the justice thus imparted!
The Code will help promote indiscriminate verdict, right to fair hearing of
cases, and strengthen the independence of the Judiciary. This responds to
various judicial needs of the people. It helps fulfill the goals of Gross National
Happiness.
Many legal terms and phrases in the Bill would appear difficult to comprehend.
However, the Bill is not an exception. Other acts also have such terms and
words. The ones in this Bill can be understood grammatically and structurally in
relation to Kanjur and other texts as from which they were derived.
