Windows XP Professional provides two tools for modifying, creating, and deleting user<br />

accounts: the User Accounts tool in the Control Panel (for creating and managing user<br />

accounts in a workgroup) and the Computer Management snap-in (for creating and<br />

managing user accounts in a workgroup or domain).<br />

The User Accounts tool in the Control Panel (shown in Figure 7-5) is one of the tools<br />

that you use to modify, create, and delete local user accounts when working in a workgroup<br />

environment.<br />
