Exercise 3: Taking Ownership of a Printer
In this exercise, you practice taking ownership of a printer.
1. On the Security tab of the Properties dialog box, click Advanced.
2. In the Advanced Security Settings For HP Color LaserJet 4550 dialog box, on the
Owner tab, in the Change Owner To list, click Administrators to become the
owner of the printer.
3. If you actually wanted to take ownership, you would click Apply, but for the purposes
of this exercise, click Cancel and leave the ownership unchanged.
4. Click OK to close the Properties dialog box.
