In this lab, you will use the Printing Troubleshooter to simulate troubleshooting a printing<br />

problem.<br />

1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel.<br />

2. In the Control Panel window, click Printers And Other Hardware.<br />

3. In the Printers And Other Hardware window, in the Troubleshooters list, click<br />

Printing.<br />

4. In the Help And Support Center window, select Printed Text Or Graphics Are<br />

Incomplete, and then click Next.<br />

5. On the Are You Having Trouble Printing Text Or Graphics? page, click I Am Having<br />

Trouble With Graphics, and then click Next.<br />

6. On the Are The Page Size And Orientation Settings Correct? page, you are asked,<br />

“Does Adjusting Your Page Size And Orientation Settings Solve The Problem?”<br />

Click No, My Page Size And Orientation Settings Are Correct, But Part Of My File<br />

Still Does Not Print, and then click Next.<br />
