In this lab, you will use the Printing Troubleshooter to simulate troubleshooting a printing
problem.
1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, click Printers And Other Hardware.

Printing.
4. In the Help And Support Center window, select Printed Text Or Graphics Are
Incomplete, and then click Next.
5. On the Are You Having Trouble Printing Text Or Graphics? page, click I Am Having
Trouble With Graphics, and then click Next.
6. On the Are The Page Size And Orientation Settings Correct? page, you are asked,
“Does Adjusting Your Page Size And Orientation Settings Solve The Problem?”
Click No, My Page Size And Orientation Settings Are Correct, But Part Of My File
Still Does Not Print, and then click Next.
7. On the Are Your Printer Resolution Settings Correct? page, you are asked, “Does
