By default, Windows XP Professional assigns the Print permission for each printer to<br />

the built-in Everyone group, allowing all users to send documents to the printer. You<br />

can also assign print permissions to users or groups.<br />

Security Alert Because the Everyone group includes all users, you should remove the<br />

Everyone group from the list of groups with print permissions for a printer and instead use the<br />

Users group to provide general network access to a printer.<br />

To assign print permissions, complete the following steps:<br />
