although the verb of the complement is intransitive and not<br />

one of those formed with -sum-. This is done when the verb<br />

has a purposive function and is used to perform an errand<br />

type of activity, for example to go to town to buy something<br />

for the house or for some other people.r<br />

going to town to buy the thing that we need has been done by<br />

your father.'
