SNMP<br />

Table 9 contains SNMP traps and OIDs that provide in<strong>for</strong>mation on hardware components. In 7.7.1.0, <strong>the</strong><br />

FORCE10-IF-EXTENSION-MIB (Table 10) has been extended with <strong>the</strong> f10IfOutThrottles OID to count<br />

<strong>the</strong> number of throttle control frames (E<strong>the</strong>rType 0x8808) that have been sent on a port. More OID<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation is available in <strong>the</strong> Documentation section of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Force10</strong> website:www.<strong>for</strong>ce10networks.com.<br />

<strong>the</strong> service states can be:<br />

• offline—<strong>the</strong> card is not used.<br />

• cardNotmatch—<strong>the</strong> card does not<br />

matched what is configured.<br />

• cardProblem—a hardware problem is<br />

detected on <strong>the</strong> card.<br />

• diagMode—<strong>the</strong> card is in diagnostic<br />

mode.<br />
