Viewing IGMP Enabled Interfaces<br />

Interfaces that are enabled with PIM-SM are automatically enabled with IGMP. View IGMP-enabled<br />

interfaces using <strong>the</strong> command show ip igmp interface command in <strong>the</strong> EXEC Privilege mode.<br />

Selecting an IGMP Version<br />

<strong>FTOS</strong> enables IGMP version 2 by default, which supports version 1 and 2 hosts, but is not compatible with<br />

version 3 on <strong>the</strong> same subnet. If hosts require IGMP version 3, you can switch to IGMP version 3 using <strong>the</strong><br />

command ip igmp version from INTERFACE mode, as shown in Figure 415.<br />
