Sample Configurations
The two general types of network environments are sustained data transfers and voice/data. Force10
Networks recommends a single-queue approach for data transfers, as shown in Figure 503 for the C-Series
and Figure 504 for the S-Series. Figure 503 is a sample configuration for a C-Series 48-port line card that
uses the default packet pointer values.
