Enabling Link Dampening
Enable link dampening using the command dampening from INTERFACE mode, as shown in Figure 179.

View your link dampening configuration on an interface using the command show config, or view
dampening information on all or specific dampened interfaces using the command show interfaces
dampening from EXEC Privilege mode, as shown in Figure 180.
