Protocol Overview<br />

Per-VLAN Spanning Tree Protocol Plus (PVST+) is a variation of Spanning Tree—developed by a third<br />

party—that allows you to configure a separate Spanning Tree instance <strong>for</strong> each port-based VLAN. For<br />
