Mr. Hayashi ist eine Art ›filmisches Haiku‹, ein dreiminutiger
Schwarzweißfilm, in dem der Hauptdarsteller,
ein japanischer Gärtner, seinen Garten pflegt. Dieser
Film wurde als Wochenschau-Reklame für die Frühzeit
von Baillies Filmgesellschaft gedreht.
Mr. Hayashi is a type of ›cinematic haiku ‹, is a three minute
black and white film in which the main character, a Japanese gardener,
tends to his garden. This film was made as a newsreel
advertisement to be shown in the early days of Baillie's film society.
