einer Rolle 8-mm-Film gedreht. Alle<br />

Schnitte und Split-Screen-Effekte<br />

wurden mit der Kamera ausgeführt.<br />

Larissa Fan ist Filmemacherin,<br />

Schreiberin und Kunst-Verwalterin<br />

aus Toronto. Sie studierte an der<br />

University of Toronto und dem Ontario<br />

College of Art and Design. Zur<br />

Zeit ist sie Sprecherin der Filmemacher<br />

am CFMDC und eine MFA Studentin<br />

der York University, Fachgebiet<br />

A portrait of the energy of urban life in<br />

split-screen. ›Coming + going‹ was shot on<br />

one roll of regular 8 film, with all editing<br />

and split-screen effects created in-camera.<br />

Larissa Fan is a Toronto-based filmmaker,<br />

writer, and arts administrator who<br />

studied at the University of Toronto and<br />

the Ontario College of Art and Design. She<br />

is currently Filmmaker Liaison at the<br />

CFMDC and an MFA student in the Film<br />

Production program at York University.<br />

Luke Sieczek, *1975 in Polen. Studierte Film und Anthropologie am Bard<br />

College, NY. Arbeitete für Anthology Film Archives und das Whitney Museum<br />

for American Art am Andy Warhol Film Projekt als Archiv-Assistent. Zur<br />

Zeit macht er seinen Master der Bildenden Künste an der University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee,<br />

Fachbereich Film und arbeitet als Filmprogrammierer am<br />

UWM Union Theatre. Seine Filme wurden in folgenden Programmen gezeigt:<br />

Time and Space Limited (Hudson, NY), Walter Reade Theater am Lincoln<br />

Center, ›Big as Life‹ des Robert Beck Memorial Cinema, Museum of Modern<br />

Art, Onion City Film and Video Festival, ›Views From the Avant-Garde‹ des<br />

New York Film Festival sowie auf Veranstaltungen in Deutschland und der<br />

Schweiz.<br />

The half-remembered spaces - the obscure but guiding motion of a secret history.<br />

Luke Sieczek, *1975 in Poland. Attended Bard College, NY, with studies in film and<br />

anthropology. Worked for Anthology Film Archives, and the Whitney Museum for American<br />

Art as an archival assistant for the Andy Warhol Film Project. Currently attending<br />

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the Master of Fine Arts program at the Department<br />

of Film and serving as film programmer at the UWM Union Theatre. His film work has<br />

been exhibited in programs at: Time and Space Limited (Hudson, NY), the Walter Reade<br />

Theater at Lincoln Center, the Museum of Modern Art's ›Big as Life,‹ The Robert Beck<br />

Memorial Cinema, the Onion City Film and Video Festival, the New York Film Festival's<br />
