QUIO ›SO DAZED - VIDEOMIX‹

In dem experimentellen Musikvideo wird die Sängerin
auf eine harte Probe gestellt: Ein Morgen wie jeder
andere. Plötzlich aber passieren merkwürdige Dinge in
der Küche - das Wasser aus dem Hahn fließt nicht nach
mehr unten, sondern an die Wand, das Besteck fällt an
die Decke, ihr Fisch im Aquarium schwimmt senkrecht...
die Gravitation spielt verrückt. Quio muss sich neu orientieren
und entdeckt die Vorteile der neuen Raumanordnung.
Das geradezu ›gondryeske‹ Video zitiert dabei eine
futuristische 50er Jahre Ästhetik und experimentiert
spielerisch mit Raum, Kamera und Tricktechnik.
In this experimental musicvideo the singer is put to a test: A
day like everyday. But suddenly something happens - the water
doesn't fall downwards anymore, the cutlery falls to the ceiling
and her fish in the fish tank swimms uprightly... gravitation is
suspended. Quio has to orientate herself in a new way and then
she discovers the advantages of the new room structure.
This almost ›gondryesk‹ video cites a kind of futuristic fifties
aesthetics and is a play with space, camera and film technologies.
