WhenfIring back-up fuel oil, Boeing shall maintainexcess O 2 at or greater than 2% (6-minuteaverage), except during startup, shutdown, ormalfunctions of the boilers.Sampling ports and platforms must beprovided for each boiler. Ports must meetrequirements of 40 CFR 60, Appendix AMethod I. Other arrangements may beacceptable if approved in advance by Ecologyprior to installation. Adequate permanent andsafe access to the test ports must be provided.Boeing will develop and follow an operationand maintenance plan to implementprocedures and control methods described inthe PSD application.
