Permit continuationThis permit and all terms and conditions contained therein, including any permit shieldprovided under WAC 173-401-640, shall not expire until the renewal permit has been issuedor denied if a timely and complete application has been submitted. An application shieldgranted under WAC 173-401-705(2) shall remain in effect until the renewal permit has beenissued or denied if a timely and complete permit application has been submitted. Federal enforceabilityAll terms and conditions of this permit are enforceable by the EPA administrator and bycitizens under the FCAA, except for those terms and conditions designated in the permit asnotfederallyenforceable [WAC 173-401-625, 1114/93]K. Inspection and entryUpon presentation of credentials and other docunlents as may be required by law, Boeing shallallow the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency or an authorized representative to:1. Enter Boeing's premises or where records must be kept under the conditions of thispermit;2. Have access to and copy, at reasonable times, any records that must be kept under theconditions of the permit;3. Inspect at reasonable times any facilities, equipment (including monitoring and airpollution control equipment), practices or operations regulated or required under thepermit; and4.
