Any emissions of odor-bearing air contaminants, orv. Complaints regarding other applicable requirements.Boeing shall investigate the complaint and detennine if there was noncompliance with anapplicable requirement of this pennit. If it is determined that there is suchnoncompliance, Boeing shall as soon as practicable but no later than within 24 hours ofdetennination of noncompliance, either correct the problem, shut down the noncompliantoperation until it is repaired or corrected, or report according to Section V.Q.S Report ofProblems not Corrected Within 24 Hours. Failure to investigate the complaint asdescribed above is a deviation of this permit. If noncompliance is determined, failure toeither correct the noncompliance, shut down the unit or activity within 24 hours, or reportaccording to Section V.Q.S Report of Problems not Corrected Within 24 Hours is adeviation of this permit and must be reported under Section V.M Compliancecertifications or V. Q Reporting of this permit.[WAC 173-40l-61S(1)(b), 10117/02](c) Facility InspectionsBoeing shall conduct a facility inspection at least once per calendar quarter. Theseinspections shall include checking for prohibited activities under Section III of the pennitand activities that require additional approval lUlder Section IV of the permit. Theinspections shall also exanline the general state of compliance with the facility-wideapplicable requirements and the general effectiveness of the Operation & Maintenance(O&M) Plan.Boeing shall, as soon as practicable but no later than 24 hours after identification, correctany potential compliance problems with respect to applicable requirements for which thissection Il.A.1 ( c) is an applicable monitoring method for significant emission units oractivities identified by these quarterly inspections, or any other time, shut down the unitor activity until the problem can be corrected, or report according to Section V.Q.SReport of Problems not Corrected Within 24 Hours. If Boeing observes potentialcompliance problems for which there are no monitoring requirements under an applicableBoeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September J 2, 2008; Administrative Amendment 3: October J 0, 2012
