MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND RECORDKEEPING Permit No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12, 2013Page 200 of291• Where required by an Order of Approval condition, a pressure drop transmitteror gauge shall be installed to measure the pressure drop across the booth'sexhaust filters.• The acceptable pressure drop range shall be marked on, nearby the gauge, or ona pressure drop log. A record that the pressure drop was in the acceptable rangeshall be made according to the frequency specified in the Order of Approvalcondition or at least once per month if not specified in the Order of Approval.• If the pressure drop is not within the acceptable range, Boeing shall, as soon aspracticable but within 24 hours of the initial observation correct the pressuredrop, shut down the unit or activity until it can be repaired, or report accordingto Section V.Q.5 Report of Problems not Corrected Within 24 Hours. Failure totake action as described above is a deviation of this permit and must be reportedunder Section V.M Compliance certifications or V.Q Reporting of this permit.• If a pressure differential gauge is required by an Order of Approval condition,then the range shall be established using the manufacturer's recommendations orthe low end of the range will be no less than 50 percent of the pressuredifferential when operating with a clean filter or cyclone and the high end shallbe a value based on the operational experience and will be a value below that atwhich the filters or bags would reasonably be expected to fail.[WAC 173-401-615(1)(b), 10/17/02](viJOpacity Monitoring for No Visible EmissionsBoeing shall conduct visible emission inspections of the affected facility at least onceper calendar quarter. Inspections are to be performed while the facility is inoperation during daylight hours.
