STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONSPermit No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12,2013Page 245 of 291flow rates and pollutant emission rates can be accurately determined byapplicable test methods and procedures, and (ii) providing a stack or duct freeof cyclonic flow during performance tests, as demonstrated by applicable testmethods and procedures;(2) Safe sampling platform(s);(3) Safe access to sampling platform(s); and(4) Utilities for sampling and testing equipment.[40 CFR 60.8(e), 2/12/99](£) Each performance test shall consist of three separate runs using the applicable testmethod. Each run shall be conducted for the time and under the conditions specifiedin the applicable standard. For the purpose of determining compliance with anapplicable standard, the arithmetic means of results of the three runs shall apply. Inthe event that a sample is accidentally lost or conditions occur in which one of thethree runs must be discontinued because of forced shutdown, failure of anirreplaceable portion of the sample train, extreme meteorological conditions, or othercircumstances, beyond Boeing Everett's control, compliance may, upon the EPAAdministrator's or Control Officer's approval, be determined using the arithmeticmean of the results of the two other runs. Testing - Gasoline StationThe tests listed in Table 3 of Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Regulation II Section 2.07(£)are exempt from the requirements of Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Regulation I Section3.07.
