The Determinationinitial determination must be made using theprocedures specified in 40 CFR 63.694(b), EU6.15. Thereafter, Boeing shall review and update,as necessary, the determination once everycalendar year following the date of the initialdetermination.EU 6.14 40CFR Before placing off-site material in the off-site II.A.2(s) Off- 40 CFR63.683( c)(1 )(ii) material management unit, Boeing shall determine Site Waste and 63.694(b)(7/20/99) that the average VOHAI' concentration of each Recoveryoff-site material stream managed in each unit on NESHAPwhich an affected process vent is used remains at VOHAPa less than 500 ppmw based on the HAP content Concentrationof the off-site material stream at the point of Determinationentry.
