EMISSION UNIT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSLB.8 Composite Processing Operations<strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12, 2013Page 144 of291EU 8.2540 CFR 63.1 0(b)(3)(4/20106)If Boeing determines that the facility emits(or has the potential to emit, withoutconsidering controls) one or more HAPsregulated by any standard establishedpursuant to section 112(d) or (I), and thefacility is in the source category regulatedby the relevant standard, but that facility isnot subject to the relevant standard becauseof limitations on the facility's potential toemit or an exclusion, Boeing shall keep arecord of the applicability determination 011site at the source for a period of 5 yearsafter the determmation, or until the sourcechanges its operations to become an affectedsource, whichever comes first. The record ofthe applicability determination must besigned by the person making thedetermination and include an analysis (orother information) that demonstrates whythe Boeing believes the source is unaffected(e.g., because the source is an area source).The analysis (or other information) must besufficiently detailed to allow theAdmmistrator to make a finding about thesource's applicability status with regard tothe relevant standard or other requirement.If relevant, the analysis must be performedin accordance with requirements establishedin relevant subparts of this part for thispurpose for particular categories ofstationary sources.
