MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND RECORDKEEPING <strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12,2013Page 222 of291(t) Off-Site Waste and Recovery NESHAP Annual HAP QuantityDeterminationBoeing shall prepare and maintain documentation at the plant site to support the initialdetermination that the total annual quantity of HAP contained in oft~site materialreceived at the plant site is less than 1 megagram (2200 pounds) per year. This totalannual HAP quantity for the off-site material shall be based on the total quantity of theHAP listed in Table 1 of 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart DD as determined at the point-ofdeliveryfor each off-site material stream. A new determination shall be made when theextent of changes to the quantity or composition of the off-site material received at theplant site could cause the total annual HAP quantity in the off-site material to exceed thelimit of 1 megagram per year. [40 CFR 63.680(d), 7/20/99](u) Wood Furniture ManufactureBoeing shall keep purchase or usage records to document that the facility is anincidental wood furniture manufacturer, as defined by 40 CFR 63.801.
