This totalannual HAP quantity for the off-site material shall be based on the total quantity of theHAP listed in Table 1 of 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart DD as determined at the point-ofdeliveryfor each off-site material stream. A new determination shall be made when theextent of changes to the quantity or composition of the off-site material received at theplant site could cause the total annual HAP quantity in the off-site material to exceed thelimit of 1 megagram per year.
