Suchconcealment includes, but is not limited to, theuse of gaseous diluents to achieve compliancewith an opacity standard or with a standard,which is based on the concentration of apollutant in the gases discharged to theatmosphere.EU 4.13 40 CFR 60.13(a) All CEMS required under an applicable NMR(8/27/01) subpart are subject to 40 CFR 60.13 uponpromulgation of performance specificationsunder Appendix B and Appendix F, unlessotherwise specified.EU 4.14 40 CFR 60.13(d) CEMS shall have their zero (or low level NMR(8/27/01 ) value between 0 and 20% of span value) andspan (50 to 100% of span value) calibrationdrifts checked at least once daily. The zeroand span shall, as a minimum, be adjustedwhenever the 24-hour zero drift or span driftexceeds two times the applicable performancespecification limits in Appendix B.
