[WAC 173-401-6IS(I)(b),10/17/02](iv)Steam Generating Boilers• Boeing shall check for visible emissions (exclusive of uncombined water vapor)quarterly when burning gas• For Boilers #1, #2, and #3, when natural gas is not available or is not being useddue to economic reasons, Boeing shall check for visible emissions (exclusive ofuncombined water vapor) within 24 hours each time that it bums fuel oil duringdaylight hours and at least once per week if it bums fuel oil for more than sevenconsecutive days.• If during the above monitoring, visible emissions other than uncombined waterare observed from a single unit or activity Boeing shall, as soon as practicable butwithin 24 hours of the initial observation:(1) Take corrective action, which may include shutting down the unit oractivity, until it can be repaired, until there are no visible emissions (or untilBoeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September J 2, 2008; Administrative Amendment 3: October 10, 2012
